Values Formation Facilitators (VFF) mobilized by Pastor Marlon Lorenzana are teaching the values of Jesus Christ to all branch employees of a private microfinance company. Branches are in Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Batangas, etc.

VFF recruit, Pastor Gerry Marte is in charge of two Cabanatuan branches.

Employees learn to be “makadiyos” (love God).

 They also learn to be “makatao” (love their fellowmen).

 They learn to be “makabayan” (love for country) during their group discussions.

And they learn to be “makakalikasan” (nature -loving).
