• And He said to them, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."
    Matthew 4:19

Program Overview

Young adults, recommended by their pastors, enroll in a certificate course through the Renewing the Philippines website. As they progress through the lessons, they begin preparing to lead a teens club. After completing the initial requirements, they may launch their club while continuing the remaining lessons. Upon completion, they are officially recognized by their church as Christian Ambassadors and begin leading youth and family outreach in partnership with their pastor and barangay leaders.

MINISTRY STRATEGY

šŸŽÆ Purpose

The program seeks to disciple and mobilize young adults in the church to serve as mentors and community leaders among youth. It promotes spiritual maturity, gospel-rooted leadership, and proactive outreach, enabling ambassadors to positively influence the next generation.

šŸ‘ļø Vision

The Christian Ambassadors Club envisions a growing network of trained young adults who are passionate about raising Christ-centered teens, strengthening families through gospel-centered engagement, and contributing to community transformation through faith and service.

CORE PROGRAM ELEMENTS

šŸ”µ Leadership Formation. The program empowers young adults for influence through structured training and mentoring.

šŸ”µ Certificate-Based Training. Ambassadors are equipped through a five-module online course focused on biblical values, youth ministry, and Christian leadership.

šŸ”µ Hands-On Community Ministry. Ambassadors apply what they learn by launching teens clubs, conducting family visits, and leading tract-based evangelism within their barangays.

šŸ”µ Strategic Partnerships. Ambassadors collaborate with pastors and barangay leaders to ensure ministry integration and local support.

šŸ”µ Teen Discipleship Groups. Each ambassador forms a small group of 7–15 teens for regular Bible-based teaching and personal growth.

šŸ”µ Family and Outreach Integration. Ambassadors engage with parents to share the gospel and explain what their children are learning, while also identifying new locations for tract distribution.

šŸ”µ Recognition and Reporting. Upon course completion, ambassadors are formally affirmed by their church and provide monthly reports to foster coordination, encouragement, and prayer support.

IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

šŸ”µ Enrollment and Training

Pastors recommend suitable young adults, who then enroll in the Certificate on Teaching Christian Values. The online format allows flexible, self-paced learning across five modules.

šŸ”µ Initial Ministry Launch

Trainees may begin their teens club after completing the first three modules, with the understanding that they will continue and finish the remaining lessons. Pastors provide oversight and encouragement during this phase.

šŸ”µ Barangay and Community Engagement

Ambassadors and pastors meet with barangay officials to present the program and request support. With approval, ambassadors begin recruiting teens and set a regular schedule for club meetings.

šŸ”µ Parent and Community Involvement

Regular home visits allow ambassadors to build rapport with families, share the Seven Promises of Christ through tracts, and explain the teens club’s goals. Additional outreach is conducted in other public areas for wider gospel exposure.

šŸ”µ Certification and Affirmation

Upon successful completion of the course and active ministry involvement, ambassadors are officially recognized by their church, reinforcing their credibility and role in youth and community discipleship.

šŸ”µ Ongoing Support and Accountability

Ambassadors submit monthly updates to track program impact, encourage other workers, and strengthen communication and prayer support among participating churches.
