IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

🔵 Venue Selection: Teachers identify appropriate gathering spaces within the village or community – this could be a community center, school classroom, church hall, or even an outdoor space with proper audio-visual equipment.

🔵 Scheduling: Consistent meeting times are established to create routine and expectation. Sessions might be weekly or bi-weekly, depending on community needs and volunteer availability.

🔵 Engagement Methods: Thoughtfully designed worksheets and activities that tell and reinforce Bible stories. These interactive materials include coloring pages, puzzles, discussion questions, story illustrations, and memory verse that help children learn and remember biblical stories through hands-on engagement.

🔵 Teacher Training: Volunteers are equipped with facilitation skills, basic child development knowledge, and biblical teaching methods appropriate for their target age groups.

PROGRESSIVE PATHWAY

Phase 1: Community Introduction – Children are introduced to Bible stories through engaging activity sheets and interactive storytelling in a familiar, non-threatening environment.

Phase 2: Relationship Building – Regular attendance allows teachers to build meaningful relationships with children and their families, establishing trust and demonstrating genuine care.

Phase 3: Spiritual Foundation – Through consistent exposure to biblical truth and Christian values, children begin to understand God’s character and develop spiritual interest.

Phase 4: Sunday School Integration – Children who demonstrate continued interest and whose families are supportive are invited to participate in formal Sunday school programs, where they can receive more structured biblical education and connect with the broader church community.
